The new government center will be developed in a two-phase process. Phase I will generate concept documents, performance specifications (bridging documents), project scope, program and the environmental impact report.
Phase II will commence with the selection of a design/build team and conclude with initial occupancy of the new building in the 4th quarter of the year 2004. The project will adhere to the Counties goals of "Design Excellence" and "Sustainability".
